| 摘 要： | 资源整合是企业参与市场竞争的一个重要战略。本文运用博弈论的基本原理,构建资源整合中企业行为的博弈模型。通过对博弈模型的分析,提出资源整合中企业进行合作的三个条件,并在此基础上探讨了资源整合中促进企业合作的措施。

| Abstract: | Resources integration is an important strategy for enterprises to take part in the market competition.In this paper,a simple game model of the enterprises' behavior in the resources integration is set up according to the principles of game theory.By analyzing the model,three qualifications for enterprises to integrate their resources in cooperation are presented.And based on this,some measures for promoting cooperation in the resources integration are discussed. |
