| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了当今香港公司在日常运货业务中所面临的车辆运输问题的研究进展，通过问卷调查和面对面交谈的方式调查了服装零售部门、快餐店、烧卖店和超级市场等代表不同行业的经理。研究结果将与解决该类问题的决策支持系统的初步研究一同给出。

| Abstract: | We report the progress on a study to understand the current situation Hong Kong companies are facing with respect to the vehicle routing problem in their daily delivery operation. Questionnaires and face to face interviews were conducted with managers representing several industries, including garment retailers, fast food restauranes, bakeries and supermarkets. Discussion results will be presented along with a preliminary presentation on a Decision Support System for this problem. |
