| 摘 要： | 针对以往的组合预测模型中，最优权重不能保证非负性的问题，引入了神经网络优选组合预测模型。实例验证表明，此模型具有很强的自适应性和较高的预测精度。

| Abstract: | In order to solve the problem of which negative weight often occurs in the past combinational predication models, this paper presents the ANN optimization combinational predication model. With the application to the power net of Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan region, the experiment indicates that the model has better self-adaptability and accuracy. |
