| 摘 要： | 本分析了我国某些资源丰富的区域煤、电、冶产业的现状，指出在一定条件下，煤、电、冶产业可以通过建立战略联盟，获取整体竞争优势，在提出利益合理分配的四条原则的基础上，运用博弈方法构造了联盟的利益分配模型，并给出了解。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the state of coal,electrical and metallurgical industry in some areas with abundant resource in china.We point out that coal,electrical and metallurgical industry could obtain the whole competition advance through making of the strategic alliance under the certain conditions.According to the four principles of profit allocation,we apply game theory to construct the model of the alliance and give the solution. |
