| 摘 要： | 美国对华苹果汁出口提起反倾销诉讼后，陕西苹果汁企业的应对策略和行为大相径庭，对美出口受到严重影响。本运用博弈论分析其倾销与反倾销的动因、过程与结果，提出陕西苹果汁企业在应诉和预防国外反倾销时应采取的措施。

| Abstract: | Since America charged the enterprises of apple juice of anti-dumping, the countermeasures and behaviors of Shanxi apple juice enterprises have been greatly different. Thus the export of apple juice to America has shrunk sharply. In this essay, we use the Games to analyse the causes, processes and results of dumping and anti-dumping. What is more, it points out the measures for Shanxi apple juice enterprises to reply to and prevent anti-dumping from other countries. |
