隐性技术、贸易溢出和模仿策略

本文构建了一个扩展的南北贸易模型,将北方创新、南方模仿和进口产品隐性技术作为内生变量,分析进口国如何选择模仿策略以最大程度地获得进口产品的内生技术溢出效应.结果表明,进口产品中隐性技术含量会影响南方厂商的模仿策略:进口产品隐性技术含量低时,原始模仿是南方厂商的理性选择;进口产品隐性技术产量较高时,南方厂商的模仿策略取决于模仿的预期边际收益与单位模仿成本的对比关系:模仿的预期边际收益大于单位模仿成本时,内生模仿是南方厂商的最优选择,反之原始模仿.
