摘    要:应用模糊判断矩阵的完全一致性进行多属性方案排序因其条件较苛刻,有时会存在与专家原始判断意见偏离较大的缺陷。为此本文提出了一种基于满意一致性的排序新方法。首先提出了顺序模糊判断矩阵的概念,证明了任何满足满意一致性的模糊判断矩阵均存在顺序模糊判断矩阵。然后给出了顺序模糊判断矩阵的影子矩阵所具有的性质,并且根据这些性质对满足满意一致性的模糊判断矩阵提出了方案排序算法,最后进行了算例分析。从分析可知:这种基于满意一致性进行排序的算法不仅简便、实用,而且更符合专家的原始判断。

Abstract:When the absolute consistency of fuzzy judgment matrix is adopted to get the priority in multiple attribute decision making, there will exist a limitation that the result is often inconsistent with the original judgements of experts due to its rigorous conditions. In order to solve this problem, we put forward a new pri- ority method based on satisfying consistency. Firstly, a concept called ordinal fuzzy judgement matrix is presented and it is proven that any satisfying consistency fuzzy judgement matrix can be changed to the form of ordinal fuzzy judgement matrix. Then, the properties of the shadow matrix of ordinal fuzzy judgement matrix are analyzed and the priority method is proposed based on these properties. In the end, illustrative examples are given to show that this method is not only simple and practical, but also more coincident with experts.
