| Abstract: | The main purpose of this paper is to discuss the even power mean of the inversion of Dirichlet L-funcions with weights of Gauss sums by using of some identities of character sums and trigonomitric sums,and its estimates and analytic method. A asymptotic formula of mean value is obtained. |
