摘    要:DEA方法对具有多投入和多产出指标的各个DMU之间的相对效率评价具有独特优势.首先应用超效率DEA模型对2005-2007年间中国各地区钢铁行业的全要素能源效率作出评价,并计算了此间中国各地区钢铁行业的节能减排潜力;然后利用Malmquist效率指数对钢铁行业能源利用效率的变动进行动态分析;最后应用Tobit回归模型对影响钢铁行业节能减排的因素进行了多元分析.
