| Abstract: | The roles of the exponential distribution in teaching probability and statistics are discussed. With five aspects of the exponential distribution naturally and characteristically, a proposal of knowledge linking teaching method is putted forward, showing that the exponential distributions have some tied roles in teaching probability and statistics. |
