钢中非金属夹杂超声检测的计算机模拟

摘    要:建立了钢的二维有限元计算机模拟模型,对钢中含有大理石和石英玻璃夹杂缺陷时的超声波传播进行了模拟研究.由波场快照图清晰的显示出不同夹杂对声波传播的影响;通过时域A扫描曲线上底面回波到达时间计算出的区域厚度和实际相符,从而验证了模拟结果的正确性;重点底面回波进行了频谱分析,通过各种频域特征量和灵敏频率可以识别出不同材料的夹杂.模拟结果对实际应用有一定的参考价值.

Abstract:A two-dimensional finite element model with marble and glass inclusions is developed in steel to study the ultrasonic propagation.The snapshots display the effect of ultrasonic propagation by different inclusions.The accuracy of results is confirmed by the A-scan curves.With the characteristics of frequency domain and the sensitivity frequency obtained from the spectral analysis to the echo information,we can recognize the different inclusions.The simulation results are useful to the practical application.
