乙烯基荧光功能单体的合成及与牛血清白蛋白的相互作用

摘    要:用1-芘基丁酸和L-苯丙氨酸通过酯化、偶合、酰化等反应合成了一种新的乙烯基荧光功能单体N-丙烯酰胺乙基-2-(1-芘基丁酰胺摹)苯丙酰胺(Py-Phe-DA),产率71.2%.经1^H NMR(核磁共振氢谱),MS(质谱)和FT-IR(红外光谱)等证实了它的结构和组成,并对中间体及产物的合成和分离纯化进行了讨论.该单体与牛血清白蛋白反应的荧光光谱结果表明它们之间可发生相互作用.

Abstract:A novel fluorescent functional monomer Py-Phe-DA was synthesized by esterifying,coupling and acylating between 1-pyrenebutyric acid and L-phenylalanine.The yield of the fluorescent functional monomer is 71.2%. ~(1)H NMR,FT-IR,MS and fluorescence spectroscopy was used to characterize this monomer.The synthetic conditions and purifying methods of the intermediates and target product were discussed.The results of fluorescence measurements show that there is a strong interaction between Py-Phe-DA and BSA.
