Abstract: | Based on the rate equations, we have investigated three types of chaossynchronizations in injection-locked semiconductor lasers with opticalfeedback. Numerical simulation shows that the synchronization can berealized by the symmetric or asymmetric laser systems. Also, the influenceof parameter mismatches on chaos synchronization is investigated, and theresults imply that these two lasers can achieve good synchronization, withsmaller tolerance of parameter mismatch existing. |
