Abstract: | Microscopic open systems are defined by optimally controlled (with respect to the minimal average energy) randomly perturbed evolutions. It is shown that these evolutions are compatible with quantum ground states. New representations and interpretations of ground states revealed by these evolutions are stressed and discussed. Harmonic oscillator and hydrogen atom are briefly described as examples of microscopic open systems. |
