Abstract: | Thin films of copper tellurogallate were obtained by the method of pulsed laser spraying. The structure of the films and the
parameters of the unit cell were determined by the x-ray method. It is shown that the films possess p-type conduction and
their resistivity decreases with an increase in the substrate temperature. From the transmission near the edge of the fundamental
absorption band a determination was made of the energy of interband transitions, crystalline cleavage, and spin-orbital splitting.
