兆巴高压下c向蓝宝石的冲击辐射研究

摘    要:采用三层夹心靶结构,利用铜箔与抛光蓝宝石之间良好的接触条件,使用辐射式高温计在1.30~1.72兆巴压力范围内观测到c向蓝宝石的强冲击辐射。在1.30和1.72兆巴的冲击压力下,得到蓝宝石在0.633μm波长处的不透明系数为1.7 cm-1和5.0 cm-1。实验显示蓝宝石的冲击辐射随着冲击压力的增加而急剧增强。

Abstract:As a sandwiched set being utilized in pyrometry measurement,a bright emission from shocked sapphire was observed at 0.633 micron wavelength and 1.30-1.72 mega-bar pressure range.Experimental result demonstrates the intensity of sapphire' emission increases with pressure increasing,the value of absorption coefficient varied from 1.7cm-1 to 5.0cm-1 at 0.633 micron.c-cut sapphire's emission-inferred temperature(about 4000K) revealed the origin of sapphire's emission is the shock-heated local regions which are heterogeneously distributed in shocked window.So the shock-induced emission from sapphire is a sort of unthermal equilibrium radiation.
