Based on the thermodynamical theory, linear relationship between the logarithm of capacity factor and carbon number for homologues in supercritical fluid chromatography has been derived. The straight lines of homologues in different temperature have a common intersection point. The intersection point equation of homologues in supercritical fluid chromatography has been also obtained. Lot of the experimental data is used to verify it. |
