摘    要:本文在实验室条件下对赤峰的两种褐煤进行了煤热解气化实验研究,考察了气化室温度和流化状态等实验条件变化对煤气产率,组分的影响,得到了具体条件下的煤气化综合过程实验数据。

Abstract:In this paper a fluidized bed coal gasification system was set up Experiments on two Chifeng lignites were conducted to study the effects of bed temperature and fluidizing state on product gas yield and compositions A comprehensive model based on singleprocess models was developed It uses a comparative method to determine the model parameters which depend on coal type and experimental conditions, so that the model prediction reflect the experiment accurately In this paper, a nonlinear programming method was utilized to determine these parameters, which mainly included the parameters of coal pyrolysis and gasification model The trend of model prediction were in good agreement with the experimental data which shows that this parameter identification method is an effective approach for modeling of complex processes
