网络聚类算法及其生物信息学应用

介绍一些网络聚类算法及其基本原理，简述了其在生物信息学的应用。本文不是一个网络聚类算法的全面综述，只介绍这些网络聚类算法的基本思路，体会其数学建模的基本思想。

Network Clustering Algorithms and Their Applications in Bioinformatics

Network clustering is to partition the network nodes into different groups, such that the the dense parts can be grouped together. This paper will introduce the basic idea of some clustering algorithm and explore their applications in bioinformatics study. This paper will not give a complete suvey of the network clustering algorithms, but the introduction of some basic idea, and try to provide their taste of mathematical modeling instead.
