| 摘 要： | 用薄层层析法对蔗糖－６－苯甲酸酯合成过程中所涉及的反应物进行分离分析，选择 经出最佳展开剂体系为：四氢呋喃：水：乙酸＝４：６：５：０．５（ｖ／ｖ）。在该展开剂条件下，可以有效地分离反应原料、反应中间体和反应产物，较直观地指标了反应里程。

| Abstract: | Thin layer chromatography was used to separate and analyze the compounds in process of preparation of sucrose 6 benzoic ester.The best developing solvent system is:tetramethylene oxide:acetone:water:acetic acid=4:6:5:0.5( V/V ).The reactants,mediates and products could be separated effectively, which indicated the reaction progress directly. |
