| Abstract: | The characteristics of separation in capillary electrophoresis without
electro-osmotic flow were investigated in comparison with those of conventional capillary
zone electrophoresis and micelle electrokinetic chromatography in baresilica columns.The
specific features of conducting capillary electrophoresis in coated columns with zero
electro-osmotic flow were introduced and reviewed. |
