La2O3掺杂对SnO2基陶瓷显微结构与电阻率的影响

摘    要:以La2O3作掺杂剂,制备了La2O3掺杂的SnO2陶瓷.采用XRD、SEM以及其它测试手段对该陶瓷进行测试.结果表明:掺入适量的La2O3能够降低SnO2基陶瓷电阻率,促进SnO2晶相的形成和生长,对SnO2基陶瓷的致密化起到良好的作用.

Abstract:La2O3 doped SnO2 ceramics were prepared using La2O3 as dopant.The products were characterized by XRD,SEM and other testing means.The results show that in a suitable La2O3 doped content could reduces the resistivity of SnO2-based ceramic,promotes the formation and growth of SnO2 crystal,and it improves the performances on the densification of SnO2 ceramics.
