摘    要:研究并确定了阿苯达唑与氯冉酸的荷移反应条件。在乙醇丙酮介质中形成1∶1络合物,其λmax=525 nm,吸光度与阿苯达唑浓度在0~280 mg/L范围内呈线性关系;表观摩尔吸光系数为8.03×103L·mol-1·cm-1;桑德尔灵敏度为0.033 μg·cm-2;相对标准偏差小于1%(n=8),回收率符合要求。

Abstract:The charge transfer reaction between albendazole and chloranilic acid in alcohol-acetone solution was studied spectrophotometrically. The apparent molar absorptivity is 8.03×103 L*mol-1*cm-1 at 525 nm. The Beer′s law was obeyed in the range of 0~280 mg/L of albendazode. The composition of complex is 1∶1. The proposed method was applied to the determination of albendazole tablets with satisfactory results.
