| 摘 要： | 在十年内按季度收集了人指甲样品４１份，应用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了指甲中微量铁，锰，铜和锌。其中位数值与国内外指甲文献值范围相符合。此法具有良好的精密度和准确度，相对标准偏差分别为：铁３．４４％，锰４．０６％，铜２．９５％，锌２．１２％。加标回收率在８６．４％－１０８．９％之间。 |

| Abstract: | The human finger-nail samples were collected from a person on qurters for ten years,total: forty one shares.The contents of trace metals Fe, Mn, Cu and Zn in human finger-nail have been determined by FAAS. Its medians were in accord with range of literature value at home and abroad.Its relative standard deviations (RSD %) of Fe, Mn, Cu and Zn were 3. 44%, 4. 06%, 2.95% and 2.12% respectively,and the rates of recovery were 86. 4%-108. 9% in between. |
