1,10-邻菲罗啉并咪唑类受体与阴离子作用研究

摘    要:设计并合成了邻菲罗啉并咪唑类阴离子受体2-(4-溴苯酚基)-1H-咪唑4,5-f]1,10]邻菲罗啉,对其进行了紫外-可见,X衍射单晶衍射表征.通过荧光滴定、理论计算和晶体结构分析,研究了受体对5种阴离子(F、Cl、Br、I、H2PO24、CH3COO)的传感作用及作用机理.结果表明受体对CH3COO、F、H2PO24有很强的传感作用,形成1:1的氢键超分子,对Cl的作用较弱,对Br、I没有明显传感作用.

Abstract:Anion receptors of 2-(4-Br-phenoly)-lH-imidazo4,5-f]1,10]phenanthroline (TM) was designed and synthesized, and the structure was confirmed through single crystal X-ray diffraction. Anion sensing and the mechanism studies were carried out by UV-vis spectroscopy, fluorescence titration. The receptors exhibited sensing towards CH3COO- , F-, H2PO4 2-, and weakly sensing towards C1- with inconspicuous response towards Br-, I-. The receptors formed hydrogen bond supramolecular with anions F-, H2PO2-, CH3COO- as 1:1. The receptors formed hydrogen bond supramolecular with C1-.
