摘    要:将锌汞齐能还原二硫代二乙酸(DTDGA)成巯基乙酸(TGA)的原理和碘量法滴定相结合,对电还原DTDGA合成TGA反应液中的DTDGA进行定量分析,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.37%,加标平均回收率100.6%。

Abstract:A self-made zinc amalgam reducing column was used for the determination of dithiodiglycolic acid(short for DTDGA) based on the standard iodimetric titration and that the DTDGA could be reduced to thioglycolic acid(short for TGA) by zinc amalgam.The content of DTDGA was determined in its electrolyte solution which is used for the sythesis of TGA.The maximum relative standard deviation and average recovery were 0.37% and 100.58% respectively.
