Computer analysis of spectra by deconvolution |

| Abstract: | An iterative deconvolution procedure is applied in order to eliminate instrument distortions from a spectrum and to determine the number and the approximate parameters of spectrum components which can be used as input parameters for a least squares fit procedure. |
