BaGa4的X—射线多晶结构分析

摘    要:
X-射线多晶结构分析表明,Ba-Ga二元系在Ga含量≥80at%区域,只存在BaGa_4一种金属间相,属四方晶系,I4/mmm空间群,晶胞参数为a=b=4.5661(4)?,c=10.778(3)?.与文献上报导的BaGa_4多晶X-射线衍射谱比较,本文所得衍射谱与根据BaGa_4单晶结构参数计算所得的多晶粉未衍射谱吻合得更好,因此可以用作BaGa_4的标准粉未衍射谱

Abstract:
The result of X-ray powder diffraition of the Ga-rich part of Ba-Ga binary system shows that there is only one metallic compound, BaGa4, which is belongs to tetragonal system, I4/mmm space group, the cell parameters are a = b = 4.5661(4) A, c = 10.778(3) A . As compared with BaGa4 x-ray powder diffraction pattern reported in the Literature, the number and the intensity of diffrattion peaks we obtained are in better accordance with those calculated from BaGa4 single crystal structure parameters, therefore, our diffraction pattern of BaGa4 could be used as the standard powder diffraction pattern of BaGa4.
