摘    要:给出了一个基于自混和效应的激光测距仪设计。通过使用差频模拟锁相环(APLL)独特的优点来处理信号,明显地提高系统的测距精度和扩大测量的动态范围。同时通过选取合适的三角波电流调制频率fm=400-600Hz.来对测量系统的性能进一步的进行了优化。实验结果表明,当采样时间是0.1s时,整个系统的测量动态范围也能达到50-500mm,且精度为2mm。

Abstract:In this paper, a design of laser range finder basing on the self-mixing effect in a single-mode vertical-cavity surface-emitting laser (VCSEL) is proposed. By applying the advantages of difference frequency analog phase-locked loop (ApLL) to process signal and choosing the optimum triangular wave frequency fm= 400-600 Hz, the ranging accuracy has been improved and the dynamic range of laser range finder also is expanded. When the sampling time is 0.1 s, the experiment result shows that the ranging accuracy is better than 2 mm and the measurement dynamic range is as large as 50-500 mm.
