数字图像处理在棉花异性纤维检测中的应用

摘    要:针对棉花中混杂的与棉纤维颜色、形态十分相似的异性纤维,提出了一种新的检测方法。把异性纤维与棉纤维在近红外的吸收特性差别转化为两者图像的灰度特征差别,运用数字图像处理算法可达到高精度的检测。

Abstract:A new way to detect the foreign fibers which have almost the same color and shape as the cotton fibers is presented.It transform the different absorbency characteristic in infrared spectral between foreign fibers and cotton fiber into the different gray characteristic,then uses the digital image processing to realize higher precision.
