摘    要:固态有机胺二氧化碳吸附剂具有高选择性、低腐蚀性、易再生等特点,有着减少二氧化碳排放的潜在应用前景.但是,如何在大量引入氨基的同时,保持氨基在载体上具有高分散度是制备固态胺吸附剂的难题.本文综述了近年来固体胺二氧化碳吸附剂的研究进展,重点介绍开拓利用介孔分子筛原粉的分级结构,将有机胺涂布到介孔分子筛孔道中的丝状胶束以及胶束和硅壁之间的间隙中,可以显著地提高二氧化碳的吸附量.

Abstract:Solid amine adsorbents have the advantages of high selectivity,low causticity,and easy regeneration,and therefore they have potential applications in reducing emission of CO2.However,how to incorporate a large amount of amine onto the porous host material and how to keep the guest well dispersed and distributed are crucial for the development of solid amine adsorbents.In this article,the progresses on the design and preparation of solid amine adsorbents are reviewed.Because the channels of the as-synthesized mesoporous silica are divided into sub-nanometer interstice by template micelles to have a kind of hierarchical structure,the template in the as-synthesized mesoporous silica is used as the support to disperse amine,directly introducing tetraethylenepentamine or diethanolamine into the porous host to develop a novel CO2 capturer.Originating from the specific interaction of the template with amine,the resulting composites possess a high capacity in CO2 adsorption.
