On the approximate solution of the singular problem of Cauchy for ordinary differential equations

In the present paper an approximate solution of the singular problem of Cauchy for the ordinary differential equation of mth order is constructed and, by the method of finite differences, sufficient conditions are found for the convergence to the exact solution when the mesh width tends to zero.
