摘    要:本文提出了一种利用PSA(Probabilistic Safety Assessment)方法学和风险信息进行核电站备品备件管理的方法.和过去备品备件管理方法相比,这种新方法打破了原本基于厂家推荐或电站运行经验的库存量确定方式,与设备的安全重要性相联系,可以解决备品备件大量冗余积压的问题.首先根据不同的PSA模型确定设备的安全重要度,然后根据设备的安全重要度、采购价格,使用寿命等因素,进行分类和建模,从而优化备品备件的库存量.这种新方法兼顾了电站安全和电站成本的最优化.

Abstract:Spare parts management is an important part in the equipment management in nuclear power plants.It greatly contributes to the competitive power of nuclear power plants in the electric power market.In order to reduce the production costs of the nuclear power plants under the condition of maintaining the sufficient safety level,the stocks of spare parts should be optimized reasonably.Traditionally,most of the spare parts managements are based on the providers' advices or expert experiences,which usually result in the overstock of spare parts.In this paper,we propose a new management method of spare parts by using PSA(Probabilistic Safety Assessment) methodology and the risk insights.It considers both the plant safety and the cost optimization.For safety-related equipments,we will use the existing PSA models in terms of CDF(Core Damage Frequency) or LERF(Large Early Release Frequency) to obtain the safety importance measurements of the components.For equipments which are not related with the nuclear safety and usually not included in PSA model,fault tree models in terms of the risks such as reactor trip,turbine trip etc.,will be constructed and the risk importance measurements of these components will be gained.Integrating the safety/risk importance measurements with purchase prices,service lifetimes and other factors,equipments will be categorized accordingly and the corresponding mathematic models will be established to get the optimal volume of stocks.
