| 摘 要： | 由原子的主量子数、价电子数及价电子能级值定义一个价电子平均能级指数L,它不仅对所有的原子具有优异的选择性,达到唯一性表征,而且与镧系元素的13种理化性质呈现高度的相关性,估算值与实验值都很好吻合.

| Abstract: | The index(L) of average energy level for valence electron is defined in terms of principal quantum number,valence electron number and valence energy level.L has good selectivity,uniqueness for all atoms and highly correlativity for 13 physicochemical properties of lanthanides.Results predicted by the L are in agreement with those of the experiment. |
