FM—510型粘结固体润滑涂层的摩擦性能

摘    要:针对航空发动机减磨延寿要求,研制了FM-510型粘结二硫化钼固体的润滑涂层。采用MRH-3环块摩擦磨损试验机和Falex试验机考察了其摩擦性能。结果表明,FM-510型粘结二硫化钼固定润滑涂层的摩擦系数低,承载能力高,耐磨寿命长,可以采用MRH-3环块摩擦磨损试验机评价二硫化钼类涂层在高载荷低速度下的摩擦性能并可降低相应的测试成本。

Abstract:The friction characteristic of FM 510 molybdenum disulfide bonded solid film were examined with MRH 3 tester and Falex machine. It was found that the bonded solid film had good friction reducing and anti wear behaviors. In terms of testing cost, the friction and wear behaviors of the bonded solid film could be evaluated with MRH 3 friction and wear tester more economically, as compared with Falex machine.
