先进燃烧室涡流杯流场计算

摘    要:本文采用贴体坐标系(Body-FittedCoordinateSystem)数值研究先进燃烧室涡流杯内速度场和紊流特性,并利用TTM法生成贴体网格。由于双级旋流器形状复杂,本文提出了型线定点法来确定边界网格、uv线法生成交错网格以及整体不分区进行流场计算。计算结果表明;计算方法合理,计算机程序是可靠的。

Abstract:The three dimensional swirling recirculating isothermal turbulent flows of a gasturbine combustor dome swirl cup are studied numerically by a arbitrary curvilinear coordinate system.The dual-stage swirler has numerous passages and its geometry is so complexthat it makes the grid generation difficult. The computational meshes are generated bythe numerical solution of partial differential equations.The swirl cup is treated as an internal obstacle and suitably meshing around it. Using a coordinate transformation relations,thetransport equations are transformed from a cylindrical system to a general curvilinear system.Turbulence is modeled by the standard k- model along with the wall function treatment fornear-wall regions. The finite differencing equations are solved by Hybrid sCheme, SIMPLEalgorithm and the staggered curvilinear non-orthogonal grid system.Predictions show that the recirculation zone at the centerline is created under both theco-swirl and counter-swirl condition. The recirculation zone for the counter-swirl is largerthan that for the co-swirl. The low-velocity gas flow with large turbulence intensities andhigh dissipation rates are occured inside the recirculation zone. Calculations of two inletconditions are shown the numerical procedure is reliable.
