Abstract: | ![]() A simple and convenient procedure for the synthesis of nitriles by dehydration of aldoximes using a PCC (pyridiniumchlorochromate) has been developed. A variety of aromatic, heteroaromatic, and aliphatic aldoximes are converted. Supplementary materials are available for this article.
