| Abstract: | Prasugrel hydrochloride in overall yield of 18.0% was synthesized by the reaction of cyclopropyl cyanide with Grignard reagent of 2-fluorobenzyl bromide,then by a four-step reaction of brominetion,condensation,acetylation and salification.The structure was characterized by 1H NMR,MS and IR. |
