| 摘 要： | 以丁二胺和丙烯腈为原料,采用一锅法制得N1,N4-二叔丁氧羰基-N4-(2-氰乙基)-1,4-丁二胺(3);以甲基叔丁基醚为溶剂,3经LiAlH4还原合成了1,4-二叔丁氧羰基亚精胺,其结构经1H NMR和MS确证。

| Abstract: | N1,N4-di-tert-butoxycarbonyl-N4-(2-cyanoethyl)-1,4-diaminobutane(3) was obtained by one-pot from 1,4-diaminobutane and acrylonitrile.1,4-Bis-t-butoxycarbonyl spermidine was synthesized by reduction of 3 using lithium aluminium hydride as the reducer and TBME as the solvent.The structure of 4 was confirmed by 1H NMR and MS. |
