| 摘 要： | 用气相色谱-质谱法对乙酰甲喹样品中的共存物进行定性、定量分析,确定样品中含有3种与乙酰甲喹结构类似的化合物,即3-甲基-2-乙酰基喹噁啉、3-甲基-2-乙酰基喹噁啉-4-氧化物、3-甲基-2-乙酰基喹噁啉-1-氧化物,其相对含量分别为4%、20%、30%,乙酰甲喹相对含量为46%。

| Abstract: | The main concomitants in mequindox were identified and determined by GC-MS,respectively.The results showed that the structures of three main concomitants found in mequindox were similar to that of mequindox.The main concomitants were 3-methyl-2-acetylquinoxaline,3-methyl-2-acetylquinoxaline-4-oxidate,3-methyl-2-acetylquinoxaline-1-oxidate. The content of mequindox was 46% and those of the three compounds were 4%,20%,30%,respectively. |
