Cd1-xZnxS纳米梳状结构的合成与光学特性研究

摘    要:采用简单的化学气相沉积法制备了Cd1-xZnxS纳米梳状结构,并利用XRD、SEM、TEM、SAED等方法分析表征样品.实验结果表明,气-固生长机制和极性面的自催化过程在纳米梳的合成中起主要作用.通过改变沉积位置和气流量,可以实现对纳米梳形貌的控制.荧光光谱测试显示,合成的纳米梳状结构在480 nm处有一个强烈的发光中心,在515 nm处有一个弱的发光中心.

Abstract:Cd1-xZnxS single crystalline with comb-like nanostructures were successfully synthesized by a simple chemical vapor deposition technology.As-synthesized Cd1-xZnxS nanostructures were characterized using X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electronic microscopy(SEM),transmission electronic microscopy(TEM),and selected area electronic diffraction(SAED).A series of electron microscopy characterization results suggest that the growth of Cd1-xZnxS comb-like nanostructure was controlled by the vapor-solid growth mech...
