半无限周期声子晶体的全反射隧穿能带

摘    要:利用色散法研究了在入射角大于全反射角时弹性波在一维半无限周期声子晶体中的传输特性。结果发现当弹性波大于全反射角入射一维半无限周期声子晶体时出现了两级全反射隧穿导带;并得出了全反射隧穿导带随入射角和周期厚度的响应曲线,分析可知:导带的频率中心随入射角的增加而增加,随周期厚度的增加而降低;导带的频率宽度随入射角的增加而减小,随周期厚度的增加而降低。

Abstract:The dispersion method is adopted and total reflection tunnel effect of elastic wave in half infinite period phononic crystal is studied when incident angle is greater than full reflection angle.Total reflection tunnel energy band of elastic wave is found.Response curves of the tunnel energy band versus incident angle are obtained and response curves of the tunnel energy band versus thickness of period is obtained.Center frequency of energy band increases with incident angle.Center frequency of energy band decreases with the increase of period thickness.Frequency width of energy band decreases with the increase of the incident angle and the period thickness.
