摘    要:研究了PBT、PC间的酯交换反应及共混体系的相容性和热行为。IR结果表明,在熔融共混过程中PBT、PC间发生了酯交换反应,磷酸三苯酯可在一定程度上抑制酯交换反应的进行,但是当温度过高或共混时间过长时,TPP的作用减弱甚至消失。

Abstract:In this paper, the esterification reaction between PBT and PC and its effect on the compatibility and thermal behavior of PBT/PC blends were investigated by using IR, DSC and TGA. The results indicated that the esterification between PBT and PC occurred during melt blending. Triphenyl pho-sphate(TPP) could hinder the occurrence of the esterification to some extent. However, when the melting temperature was too high or melting time was too long, the effect of TPP reduced. It was found that PBT and PC in molten state was partially miscible. The compatibility of PBT/PC blends may be improved by the presence of appropriate esterification between PBT and PC. The composition of two components of the blends were estimated by Fox equation, which suggested that the compatibility between PBT and PC was affected by dynamics factors. Moreover, the esterification had an effect on the thermal behavior of PBT/PC blends, and the decompositions of PBT and PC were dependent on each other.
