Abstract:Oxygen enriched with 17O has been used to identify O2 adsorbed on partially reduced ZnO. The unpaired electron interacts with both oxygen nuclei equally and the hyperfine tensor is Axx = 80. Ayy = 0 and Azz = 15 gauss.
