摘    要:研究了界面张力对PP/EVA共混体系梯度相形态形成的影响。首先将EVAc进行皂化反应得到一系列-OH基含量不同即极性不同的EVA,然后将这些EVA分别与PP共混从而得到一系列相界面张力不同的共混物。说明通过对共混物相界面张力的调整,可以达到随意控制梯度相形态形成速度的目的。

Abstract:Previous researches showed that polypropylene(PP) and ethylene vinyl ace-tate(EVAc) blends could take the form of gradient morphology in the vertical section by annealing. In this research, in order to study the effect of interfacial tension on the formation of the gradient morphology of polymer blends, esterification reaction was carried out to obtain several kinds of EVA with different content of -OH group. The polarity of these EVA is different. Then these EVA were blended with PP respectively. Thus a series of PP/EVA blends with different interfacial tension were obtained. It was found that all the PP/EVA blends could form the structure with gradient morphology in the vertical section of the samples as PP/EVAcblends.The vertical distribution of EVA component in each blend was analyzed by using an image analyzer. The results showed that the greater the interfacial tension between PP and EVA, the larger the gradient tendency in the blends.
