| 摘 要： | 建立了使用离子阱串联质谱技术和同位素稀释技术准确测定鱼肉中的7种指示性多氯联苯（PCB）单体的方法。方法的检出限为0．025—0．068ng／g，6个加标鱼样（添加水平1ng／g）中7个单体的回收率为87.2％～103.7％，RSD为3．2％-8．7％（n=6）。本方法定量准确可靠，可用于食品中指示性PCB的测定。

| Abstract: | A method has been developed for the determination of 7 indicator polycholorinated biphenyls(PCBs) in fish using isotope dilution gas chromatography-ion trap tandem mass spectrometry (GC-ITMS). Before extraction by Soxhlet, the samples were spiked with surrogates. The sample extract were cleaned-up by acid silica column and basic alumina column. Quantification was conducted by GC-ITMS with mutiple reaction monitor. The detection limits of7 indicator polycholorinated biphenyls were 0.025~0.068 ng/g. The average recoveries of 6 fortified fish samples were in the range of 87.2%~103.7% (adding 1 ng/g), RSDs were in the range of 3.2%~8.7%. Results show that the method is suitable for the determination of indicator PCBs in fish sample. |
