Letter: Hierarchy and Wave Functions in a Simple Quantum Cosmology

In a simple quantum cosmological model involving eleven dimensional space-time, an extended holographic conjecture suggests the nuclear force must be about forty orders of magnitude stronger than gravity. An interpretation of the wave function of the universe in this model is also proposed.
