摘    要:
多糖是构成生命的基本物质之一,单糖组成的测定是多糖质控的主要指标。近年来对多糖酸水解的预处理方法的研究受到人们的重视。目前多糖酸水解的预处理方法有直接酸水解、微波预处理、超声波预处理和离子液预处理等,多糖酸水解研究和开发具有广阔的前景。

Abstract:
Polysaccharide is one of the basic materials of lives, determining composition of monosaccharide is the main indicator of polysaccharide quality. In recent years, people pay more and more attention to the research on the hydrolysis enhancement of polysaccharide. At present, there are several pretreatment methods of acid hydrolysis such as acid hydrolysis directly, microwave pretreatment, ultrasonic pretreatment, and ionic liquid pretreatment. It indicates the extensive foreground of research and development on acid hydrolysis of polysaccharides.
