| 摘 要： | 采用流式细胞术与特异荧光探针JC-1相结合，在单细胞水平对X射线和化疗药物处理后的食管癌EC6细胞线粒体膜电位的变化进行了分析，凋亡细胞的线粒体膜电位下降，红色荧光减弱，随着剂量的增加，凋亡细胞的比例增大。

The Detection of Mitochondrial Membrane Potential in Apoptosis Cells by Flow Cytometry |

| Abstract: | Esophagus carcinoma cell line EC6 cell was induced to apoptosis by X radiation or chemical remedy, and was labeled with JC- 1. The mitochondrial membrane potential was detected by flow cytometry. It was found that the mitochondrial membrane potential and red fluorescence of apoptotic cell decreased, and the percentage of apoptotic cell increased with the dosage. |
