摘    要:本文通过溶胶-凝胶方法法制备了掺Tb^3+和Al^3+的硅基玻璃,并研究了Al^3+对Tb^3+发光性能的影响,结果显示Al^3+对Tb^3+的发射峰的位置没有明显影响,但通过溶胶-凝胶方法掺Al^3+后,所有样品中Tb^3+的发光强度都明显增加,掺8%-10%的Al^3+的Tb-硅基玻璃中Tb^3+的发光强度是不掺Al^3+的Tb-硅基玻璃中的5倍,我们推测Tb^3+和Al^3+能级之间的关系对于能量传递是比较合适的,Al^3+的作用是更有效地吸收能量并完全地转移给Tb^3+。

Abstract:The silica glasses doped with Tb 3+ and Al 3+ inoes was synthesized through Sol Gel process in this paper.The effect of Al 3+ on luminescence properties of Tb 3+ were studied.The results show that no obvious effect of Al 3+ on the emission peak position of Tb 3+ ,but the emission intensity of Tb 3+ doped Al 3+ by sol gel process increased obviously for all samples.The emission intensity of 1% Al-99% SiO 2 glass was 5 times larger than that of 100% SiO 2 glass.We concluded that the relation between the energy levels of Tb 3+ and the energy levels of Al 3+ may be appropriate for the energy transfer,the function of Al 3+ was to absorb efficiently energy and to transfer fully to Tb 3+ .
